Dance Your Dream…

Nature always greets me with so much gratitude.

The trees are grateful when I take the time to ask them for advice, hug them or appreciate the soft breeze playing amongst their leaves.

The flowers thank me for noticing their radiant beauty, for bending down to smell the sweet fragrance they so eagerly & selflessly share with the world.

The rain whispers ‘thank you’ when I let its drops caress my naked body on a warm summer’s afternoon.

The grains of sand on the beach laugh in gratitude as my toes tickle their essence…

The clouds merge with my mind & we start creating forms & shapes, playfully challenging each other with each one: ‘Am I a dragon, or am I bird?’, asks the cloud. ‘I’ll make you into a frog!’, I say & we laugh joyously as we continue to create together as One.

‘Come, join us! Play with us!’, the waves of the Ocean call my name.

I run in, jump & dive & feel my legs turn into a slippery tail…

I become One with the Ocean, playing & dancing with the waves, until I dive deeper & deeper to discover a whole new world of Magic & wonder.

My beloved finned friends come to greet me, all of us so grateful to enjoy the bountiful treasures of our paradise.

This world is for us, so peaceful, so brilliant with colour & diversity, so silent & still, yet so full of communion & true celebration of Life.

I dance together with my friends but soon I feel an urge to swim back up.
The Light attracts me, draws me closer.

When I reach the surface of the water, I emerge with excitement & jump as high as I can, surfing the waves yet again, my scales glimmering in the bright Sunlight.

I am One with the whole Universe, I am of the Earth, I am of the Water, I am of the Air. And the passion that burns in my soul reminds me, yes, I am of the Fire too!

My Spirit soars high, touching the Sky, whilst I keep gliding on top of the magnificent waves…

As I approach the shore, I hear the waves exclaim ‘Thank you! Thank you for sharing your Spirit with us. We are always here, ready to share our Love with ANYONE who is willing to feel it…

Thank you, thank you, thank you!’

The Sky is amazing. So much majesty. The clouds floating & merging with one another, playing with the rays of the Sun. So many layers of Beauty & Magic, so much vibrancy, texture, shades of colour & Light. This creation is immaculate, so inspiring. I’m so blessed to be here to experience this experience, to have this body to walk the Earth. How can you NOT be in Awe of everything, when Life is like this, so Divine?

The magnificence is everywhere; look up at the clouds, take the moment just to BE, Breathe. Feel your own beautiful Spirit breathe through you. Allow yourself to shine in your Brilliance! Everything is possible now, our times of suffering are OVER. Open your Heart to embrace its Force, the Infinite Love of Creation… Be yourself, be free, be happy! Bask in the perfection of your Divinity, in the Light of your own beautiful unique True Self! Feel the Flow of Joy in your veins, feel the Heartbeat of Creation at the Depth of your Being. Allow yourself to emerge as who you truly ARE!

Look within, it is nothing to be afraid of; we are so loved, so safe, guided & protected, always. Let go of anger, let go of bitterness; why would you want to hurt yourself with these emotions? Pain is not necessary anymore, we have moved beyond it, the Time of Suffering is OVER! Love yourself, no matter what. Love your beautiful Self, love who you have been, who you are & who you will be; Love yourself NOW!

We are the only ones to release ourselves from the prison of our minds, our own negative thought forms. Listen to the Silence in-between & discover Truth. We are all here to move into our Power, our Magnificence, our Radiance & create a New World of Peace, Acceptance, Love, Harmony & Freedom. We are here to do it Together, and the Time is NOW!

Start loving yourself in this moment. Love yourself & extend that love to all those around you; your family, your friends, animals, plants, your car, your computer. Expand even more & love those who annoy you or hurt you, and create little miracles! Everything in existence thrives from Love, there is not one single thing that doesn’t enjoy being Loved…

Let’s do it now, let’s open our eyes & our Hearts & let go of our self-created suffering. It is possible. I know because I have done it & I’m living a beautiful Life of increasing Creativity, AbunDance, Health, Joy, Laughter & deep Love; whatever I’ve dreamt of… Create the Life of your Dreams, follow your Dreams, listen to them & make them a reality for you Now…

The New Earth is emerging… Will you be a part in creating it?…

I saw you there. Your eyes. Sparkling! My Heart said ‘Yes!’ Yes, I want to know you. I want to see behind those smiling, loving eyes. And you came. You saw me too. You looked inside. Outside. And you smiled even more. Your face lit up. Your eyes said ‘Yes’ too! Your energy merged with mine & I felt like an eternity had opened up in an instant & nothing else mattered. Just your presence. My presence. It didn’t matter what had come before. Or what was to come. Just that perfect moment of sharing Life. Love. Presence. Being. Just that One Moment…

I feel restricted. There is a chain around my chest. Constriction in my Heart. Where is the Love that I so freely talk about? Where is the compassion that I believe in? It is there. Somewhere. Can I find it now, to feel it, to expand from it, to be nourished by it once more? Or do I choose to feel the chain, the tension, the sadness which I feel so familiar with right now? My old friends, these beloved feelings which have been my companions for so long! It seems so hard to let you go! You’ve served me well, you’ve taught me, you’ve helped me. But it is my time to be Free. I release you now, go in Peace.

Pain & suffering, what is it for?

A reminder of some other reality which only exists if we choose to create it. It takes us often a long time, many (life)times of self-created suffering to realize that we are the creators of those experiences. But we need to be willing to see that. To accept our own responsibility for our life’s experiences. If we could all let go of our suffering, how our collective reality would change in an instant. The vibration on this planet would soar to new heights! How light everything would feel! So Light, so liberating! We could breathe freely, we could look at each other in the eyes & say ‘I love you’ & really mean it.

We could laugh, all together, laugh & laugh in wonderment of our new radiant selves, our new lives, our new Love. And laugh at the fact that we used to carry all the pain, regret, bitterness, blame, unforgiveness & all the self-created illnesses. When in reality, all along, we could have just simply let it go. Back into the nothingness from which it came…
